My name is Lily and I am founder of Toa Training.
My mission- Empowering women to become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.
I work with Crossfitters, Powerlifters, general pop, the everyday athlete, mothers juggling life and their own desire to be fit and strong. I have worked with clients who have recovered from ED (eating disorders) and looking to focus on what their body can DO for them.
I have over 10 years in the industry having worked in CrossFit and strength & conditioning gyms in England, Thailand, New Zealand & Australia I have been privileged to coach 1000’s of men & women both in person and online.
From struggling with anorexia and body image to empowered, from hours of cardio and under-fuelling to weightlifting and Crossfit through her holistic 1:1 online coaching journey which spans across 3+ years.
