You will be given tools on how to manage stress, nutrition decisions on the go and under stress, executing your program with full confidence and understanding. Elevate

My Specialised Olympic Weightlifting program designed to elevate your form, PBs, confidence and ability with the snatch + Clean and jerk. This is my most sought after group program. Crossfitters who feel as though their progress and performance on the competition floor is being held back by their lifting skills - this program is designed to build that bridge and close the gap in your performance. In my eyes, not enough time is spent on these complex lifts and I have created this program as a solution to less than ideal lifting, to build confidence and build your lifts to new heights. 3 months of breaking the lifts down, building your competence, strength and drilling the basics that you probably were never taught. Next intake date will be 2024
